A graduate of Aichi Medical University, Dr. Fukuchi completed his residency training at Natural Center of Neurology and Psychiatry in Tokyo. After four years of specialized training in epilepsy treatment and in supporting rehabilitation of chronically ill patients at a day care center, he returned home to Nagoya and worked as a psychiatrist at a mental hospital. In 1998, he began practicing at Fukuchi Clinic here at Gokiso providing medical support, psychotherapy services and a rehabilitation daycare center service to the local community.

　A graduate of Nara Medical University, Dr. Kitamura received his medical training at Nagoya Daini Red Cross Hospital and Nagoya University. After working with chronically ill patients for 5years at Seiwa Hospital and Hinaga Hospital, he experienced dealing with outpatients for 2years at Kasugai City Hospital. He started working at Fukuchi Clinic from the spring of 2005.

　1996 M.D. from Fukui Medical University. Four-year training in Toyohashi Municipal Hospital and Nagoya University school of Medicine. Worked at Moriyamasou Hospital for eight years. Started working at Fukuchi Clinic from April 2008. Member of the Japanese Society of Psychiatry and Neurology, and Japanese Society of Mood Disorders.
